Brandon was here yesterday to do deep carpet cleaning in 4 rooms, a hallway and set of 13 stairs. I like that he took his time and paid extra attention to a couple of problem areas. Most of the carpeting is over 12 y/o and now it looks practically new! Always happy with NorthStar.
We are extremely happy with the work that Al and his team did to get rid of the mold in our attic and basement last month. Al was extremely knowledgeable and helpful with providing us with the services that he felt we needed. He was very accommodating with scheduling and his team did a fantastic job. I would highly recommend NorthStar!

Small job but Owner Shawn personally came to assess as we were close to some personal errands. Took time to explain what and why, and made a small isolation until his workers could get there. Over and above in our opinion.
