Jim and his team did an excellent job for me on a carpet job that was worse than was expected. He really went the extra mile and his rates were very fair. I would highly recommend this service!
Overall great service and outcome! Easy to get a hold of and accommodating for scheduling. Quality job on the carpets. Knowledgeable and informative; they gave me tips about taking care of my home and carpets which I highly appreciated. Better rates than larger companies in the area. They definitely care about what they do and were a pleasure to work with.
Food is fantastic as is the service. Love, love their patio by the river!
My family works in the service industry so we know what it’s like. We are great tippers too, usually 20% plus. Our carpet was absolutely not in horrible condition at all. We just wanted it to look fresh. And I should have known we were up for disappointment when I heard them say “ this is a pain in the a**”. We wanted more care in the work done not a quick job.
Carpets looked great after he was done cleaning them. Very honest and friendly person. I would get him again.
