We needed our furnace serviced. Jon Drake came and did the work. While working on the furnace he repaired other items that had been over looked by other technicians. He was very respectful, courteous, and educated me through the process. We were very pleased with the outcome.nnI like my house neat and tidy. Jon was willing to help keep his work area clean. Jon was extremely easy to work with.

We have been working with Stainless since 1996 and have been nothing but satisfied. Over the years, they have installed a furnace, air conditioner, and hot water heater. They have also taken care of our service needs and furnace/ac check-ups, all in a timely and professional manner. We recently had to replace our air conditioner. Kent, at the shop, and Jon (service tech) were both great to work with. We will always go to Stainless first!

Jon Drake, our Service Technician, was extremely professional and efficient. Our a/c unit quit working for us just as the weather was getting hot. We called Stainless Specialists and spoke with Jon. He came out right away. Our compressor was replaced in a matter of a few hours. Jon explained what was replaced and the higher efficiencies we could expect with the new parts which would be a savings to us. We would recommend Jon Drake as a very friendly, knowledgeable and considerate young man who we would invite into our home anytime! Thank you Stainless Specialist!

Jon Drake was our service technician who responded to our call to American Home Shield regarding issues with our central air conditioning unit. He was very professional, courteous and personable in answering our questions about the situation. Our furnace and air conditioning units are 28 years old. He discovered a inefficient coil and a significant problem with our wiring due to mice. They had created a large nest and had eaten a significant part of our wiring. Thanks to Jon we were able to get service back, but he warned that it could be a matter of time before the coil failed.nnWe were very pleased with his service and would will call on him to due future work when needed!

Stainless Specialists has outstanding service. We had a project that required completion on a tight deadline and they made us their priority and got it done the same day. Mason was excellent to work with as he provided exceptional customer service and masterful expertise in offering solutions to our problems. I would absolutely use them again in the future.
