I like the convenience. Always friendly staff. But, unless I stop & hand dry my car (it's a dark color), the sides & my windows look almost as bad as before I took it in. I can't be the only one with this problem. Thanks for your time.
Love taking my man's car to get washed there as we have the unlimited monthly pass. Employees seem very nice n always smile and wave to us.
Have been going to Mister for the past year. Have a membership and use it often. I have to use it often because when I go through it does not wash my truck properly. The tire shine is put on so thick that it flings off and my truck is dirtier by the time we get home then it was before and have to go back through again. Also the washers before hand are using dirty rags and scratching my vehicle. The care wash used to be great when we first got it, but now it seems like it has gone down hill and getting worse. I will be giving it another month and if things dont get better I will be dropping my membership
Started with Mister in ABQ because the water where we lived (Edgewood) left minerals in droplets on our cars.
When we moved to Farmington, and away from all the dust, I didn't think we needed a membership. However, the staff is amazing and easily made necessary changes to my account when we bought a new car. Now I love keeping my new car looking new by frequent visits to Mister. No matter which site I go to, the staff is always energetic, happy, and genuinely concerned with customer service.
