I needed faucet repair on an old faucet. I called, he came to take care of it without waiting for days or weeks. I asked him to look at a leak in the upstairs apartment. He took care of that too!nnThe last issue was when my very old water heater sprung leaks. He came the Monday I called, ordered a new one and installed it early Wednesday. I am so pleased with his service, professionalism and getting the job completed in a most timely manner.
Called and apologized for the missed calls, was very professional and sincere. Will attempt to use his service on my next plumbing project.
