I called to get my water heater replaced. The lady on the phone was very friendly and professional. They were able to put a new water heater in the next day right away in the morning. The gentleman that replaced my water heater was very professional, on time, and very knowledgeable. He was in and out within an hour and a half. Great service and would highly recommend. My dad recommended them to me as he has had two water heaters replaced by them prior. Very happy with how well things went as well.

I was very disappointed about the experience with this plumbing company. Plumber was very friendly and helpful on a weekend call. Then scheduled for a Tuesday. I text my information for a 1p appt on Saturday. I get a call at 10a Tuesday saying because I live in Denmark they cancelled my appointment and I should go with a green bay plumber. Never experienced a company turn away business like that or short notice cancel an appointment. Denmark is 20 minutes out of manitowoc. Never will reccomend.

Maritime has done several jobs for me over the last few years and their work was good. I recommended them several times and they got some business from those referrals.nUnfortunately the last job was not as good. I'm not saying don't use them, just that I was very disappointed over the way they handled the last job.nThe last job took three tries to get it right and I missed several hours of work as a result of the multiple visits.nWhen I discussed the results with Leah I got the impression that she had already made up her mind that over $900 dollars to fix a leak, replace a drain and remove a large hair ball was entirely appropriate. Maybe if it hadn't taken three tries but even then that seems like a lot.nMostly I'm venting. I paid the $900 but I certainly do not want to recommend them in the future or use them if I don't have to.nI would have been happy with an adjustment in the price, an acknowledgement that they could have done better here.nnThe only thing that would have made me happier was not having to write this review.

I have several friends that work and help with service calls with this company. I also bought plumbing materials from them for my own repair at home. Excellent materials and quality. Clean Building and show room counter area. Excellent people that own and work for the care.!
