This company should be embarrassed by their employee’s (Kim) lack of professionalism, combativeness and sheer rudeness. Do not purchase a property that is managed by this company. I’m sure this company has some good employees but the one we (and everyone else in my HOA) are dealing with has treated us so poorly through her words and her actions. Now she will not respond to emails or phone calls from myself and the other owners in the area. Not only is she bad at her job, she is not good to people. Myself and other homeowners have had enough. It has been a very unfortunate experience.

Sterling REM continues to provide excellent service. My wife and I had to move to the valley 11 years ago with the confidence that Sterling REM would continue to take care of our property. Sterling REM provides excellent services from screening potential tenants, property maintenance, securing bids from local contractors when necessary, and above all tenant safety. Electronic property owner monthly statements and bank deposits are always done in a timely manner. I highly recommend Sterling REM. Robert Cordero

Adam Whitman is doing a good job with the property management. He has good common sense when managing problems and prioritizing spending. He is open and honest and has a lot of experience in this business.

To get a real person is way too hard. Leaving a message all the time is not good for business as well it makes people feel they are not worth talking to.

Sterling Real Estate Management has been our Landlord at our commercial space for almost 10 years. They do a great job! Take care of any issues we bring to their attention right away. We have been very happy!
