I have both bought a home, and then sold that same home 4 years later at a GREAT profit using Blake Schraufnagel and his team! I cannot recommend them highly enough. The transactions were professional, timely, and at all times there was outstanding communication!!!

One of the most unethical and worst companies. On November 25, 2016. I filled out an application for one of their rentals. for my son who attends college there. I put down a deposit and was told we were put on a waiting list for the Rio Townhomes. We were pretty high on the list and were told we should have no problem. We spoke and emailed the office periodically checking on things. We were told everything was good to go and there was nothing else they needed from us. We were then informed there was one available and were given an address to drive by. My son drove by and liked what he could see. We sent an email and informed them we wanted to rent the home. We spoke with Tom Brewster who seemed very confused many times and would mistake us for other people. On 4/20/17 we received an email that we were getting our deposit refunded. Now this is six months later and after over 15 emails and numerous phone calls to Tom and the office. We were informed that they rented the home to another party because the tenant moved out a month early. However, they have another rental located at 2168 North Old Stump Flagstaff, AZ. The move in date would have to be a month earlier (more money for us) and was located on the golf course. Tom then informed us that "we are not suppose to rent to students because there are a lot of retired homeowners. So your son can't have any parties or be too loud." I then googled the address to see what the home looked like and on their website it showed rented. I thought I don't want to get into any kind of lease with this company. Now we are left trying to find a rental a few months before college starts. Avoid the stress and stay away from this company!
