The ridge really helped me when I thought we weren't going to have a place to live with all our plans for living situations falling though we decided to check out ridge right when we were helped the first time everything was so smooth and fast. The staff were all so nice. We managed to figure out our living situation in the matter of less then a week really appreciate the great staff and I love the view from my patio the morning sunrise over the pine trees are so relaxing

If I could give this a lower rating I would, Management is so hard to contact that you will have a better chance finding bigfoot than getting ahold of them. Repairs for the littlest things take months and months so you better hope that your fridge doesn't stop running ( like most of them). If you love quiet this isn't the place for you college kids blasting music all night long, obnoxiously loud cars drive up and down the street all night long, to top it all of constant dogs barking, and if they aren't barking then the owners leave their feces everywhere.

It is a great place to live. Plenty of space and a fair price. Close enough to campus to be able to walk to classes, while still having a separate place to call home. Good amenities and they do fun activities as well.

This apartment complex is pretty and the apartment itself is exactly what my roommates and I were looking for. We weren’t happy when they changed from lease by apartment to lease by room but we felt it was worth it. Everyone in the office is really nice and helpful, although maintenance is really slow. Overall, I would recommend living here. Every apartment complex will have its ups and downs but the view and the area (so close to NAU) make it so worth it.

I do not recommend this apartment complex. The unit we were shown on a walk through was clean, good paint, nice carpets, etc. When we arrived for move-in it was apparent the apartment had not been reconditioned from the previous tenant (they charge all tenants a reconditioning fee). We were assigned a dirty unit with dirty carpet and peeling paint. There was crusty food particles on the walls. A drawer was broken/missing and a light fixture was disassembled among other issues. The management was unresponsive to our request to clean and fix the problems. We are currently pursuing litigation with this company and would be interested in hearing from other tenants with a similar experience.
