As a full time NAU student, I loved living at Waver Tree. It is a smaller complex which is fantastic because you get first hand treatment from the property manager. Whenever any repairs need to be done the landlord/ property manager are responsive, professional, and handle the situation fast! Waver Tree is a close drive or walk to campus, making it super accessible for NAU students. The best features are that utilities and internet are included, as well as having your own private bathroom in your bedroom. Highly recommend living here if you are looking for an affordable and reliable place!

Good affordable housing for one person. You get to maintain your privacy while still having roommates. Management is generally quick to respond if you have an issue and the single all inclusive billing makes for simple efficient payments. The inclusion of a private bath in each room is also a wonderful addition that cannot be overstated. Wish it had central air though, but that's normal for Flagstaff. Overall an excellent place to live for one person, even if you like your space and especially if you're on a budget.

Great service and super nice people, I've never had a problem that management couldn't fix or help with. They're always quick to respond and take action for anything I need. I also don't have a large collections of tools, but that's never been an issue as they provide me with any tools I might need when a project comes up. The price is super affordable especially for how close it is to campus, and for the amount of living space.

I have lived at this complex for several years. The management is consistent and gets projects done in a timely manner. The neighborhood is good. The location is great being close to campus and only a short drive to downtown.

Wavertree has been great for my student life over the past year. It is close to campus, and very affordable considering the proximity and the space that you get. I have never had a problem that hasn't been accommodated for by management.
