They will demand for payment but have poor maintenance! I submitted work orders months ago and still haven’t been completed! One guy came and did one work order and did a embarrassing job for the towel rack! Very uneven and unfinished! The guy said he’ll be back, NEVER SHOWED UP AGAIN! I got an email saying that work was all completed! With all they make off of fees you’d think there would be more experienced maintenance. This place shows they're just in it for the money! You would think that with the pandemic they would waive fees! NO! They'll charge you not caring about your situation.

They have fixed past issues I had, surrounding a mistake on the lease... were very kind about it. packages suddenly are no longer accepted at the front office and usps wont deliver to your apartment door, so you have to go pick everything up. price is great, though. certainly a nice place to make a home. :)

I currently live at Clear Creek! I have had only positive experiences. The Staff is friendly, it is surrounded by trees, property is clean, as well as AFFORDABLE living!

Affordable, spacious and peaceful surroundings. I think it is one of the best off-campus apartments.And the washer and dryer in the unit is such a big plus.
