This is the most affordable new home you can build. I love the customization and flexibility of choosing a fab home! Before going to Sabe I didn't realize how efficient a pre-fab home is (factory built, inspected, and made to suit). It was a quick turnaround - and we already picked out a design while looking for land!

Sustainable. Attainable. Beautiful. Empowering. This is what Sabé homes believe in and it shows! Not only are Shelley and Steve a great team. The communication between everyone is very fluid. I was able to get pricing on a beautiful 3 bed, 2 bath home within my price range. They use high-quality insulation throughout the entire home! The front porch gave me a whole new experience and I feel like I have another room outside. My family is very happy with the way it all came out and we had a home up and running within six months! We never thought we'd be able to get a house of our own here and we feel very lucky to have found this company. If anyone needs an affordable home in Flagstaff please check them out!

This company is one of the kindest I've ever met with. I had a small budget and they were able to help me build the home of my dreams within that budget. Furthermore, they did not compromise on the quality of the build. The standards that Sabé homes have is high for their builds, which makes a solid, strong, and beautiful home. We could not be more grateful for Sabé. Shelley knows what it takes to make someone happy and is by far one of the best communicators in the housing industry. Steve is hard-working, knowledgeable, and forthcoming. You always know what you're getting with this company. Thank you, Steve and Shelley, for my forever home.

This is the most professional, helpful and straight-forward company I've ever worked with. Not only are they efficient and extremely communicative, but they also truly care about ensuring that their clients move forward with the best option for their hopes and dreams. Compared to the typical cost of living in Flagstaff (which is always considered poverty with a view), this company combats that problem by providing people with a sustainable and affordable solution. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

Let me tell you about Shelley and Steve. They are by far the above and beyond of all compaines in this area. Not only do they work hard to communicate with weekly updates but they ensure the homes are completed to the highest of expectations. Thank you for everything that you do!
