the most awful realtor in Flagstaff. Seems to dislike men and would only communicate with me and not my male roommates, so far as to have them talk to me when they wanted to move out instead of her. Also made comments of me being unable to afford rent although i had a steady income and good credit, just judged me based on my appearance/age.

DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PERSON. Your deposit will be reduced. Condition of appliances, carpet, counters etc are below average...you get what you pay for as far as rent. But usurious late fees, deposit dings, and mandatory cleaning charges no matter what you do clean the place. Unfriendly. This is the definition of a slum lord. I have pictures of how we left the place.- as clean as humanly possible. But she added additional fee on top of a mandatory clean charge. Do not rent from this person. Do me a favor....post something that says "got it" so I know this is being read.

This woman is incredibly unprofessional. She listed a duplex one month ago and I called indicating my interest. When I asked about getting the key she said she was showing a property that day and would call me when she was done. Lo and behold, I never got a call. I called her four times to reschedule and never heard back from her. I assumed the property had been rented and she was just unprofessional about getting back to me to let me know. Lo and behold the listing is up again two weeks later. Really wanting this property, I called her again and drove to her office to tour it and and send in an application. Three guys were in the office wanting to look at the same property. She instructed us to follow them to the property but did not give us the address in case we lost them. We lost track of them due to some creative driving on their parts and ended up getting to the property as they drove off because we had to find the property on google maps without the address. Terribly unprofessional, treats students horribly. Despite loving this property, we will not be working with her. It's just not worth it.

We tried to rent a house from Ms. Shantz. When asked if we could see the house, she audibly groaned, and said, "I guess." Then she just sent us the address and the code to the lock box, and then never showed up to show the house. When we liked the house, we called about a dozen times and she never answered a single one of our calls. She would only call us when we left a message with our phone number. And that was only twice.
