A Quality company. Every interaction I had with Krueger's team demonstrated they are all professional, knowledgeable and reliable. They walked me through my project from consultation, working within my budget and helping get through the inspection and permitting process. My project was completed incredibly fast. Watching the work getting done showed how well Krueger selects and interacts with their sub-contractors. Everyone from excavators to supplier/delivery drivers seem to all work as one team. Great work and excellent results.

So, I called this guy first thing in the morning, I was told he would be here around noon. At 2, I received a call saying he wouldnt be able to make it until tomorrow morning. I couldn't call anyone else, it was too late in the day. I had water backing up and could't use the toilet. Which is absolutely marvelous when 4 people live here, its below zero, and you have to drive up the road to a gas station to use the facilities. I called someone else, who still can't be here till morning, but he said that he gets alot of business from this guy because of that. If your looking for someone to be there today, don't count on this guy.
Dont contact them if you have a Rheem water heater. They will tell you that they dont carry the parts, but they'll replace the whole unit for a huge price instead of just fixing the problem. Also if theyre busy they will just tell you to contact another plumber and wont even bother to schedule you an appointment.
Everyone at Krueger Plumbing has been wonderful to work with. Jill in the office, Mike by phone, Eric and Josh in person. They were all very helpful, caring, timely, and detailed. I would strongly recommend them for any of your plumbing needs.
