Egle Rucci is a most cordial and utmost professional agent in the Flagstaff realty community, and the most outstanding agent we have ever encountered in our long history of real estate transactions across the country. Her tireless work on our behalf as out of town buyers went well beyond what most clients could reasonably expect from an agent. She is meticulous and patient and cheerfully sought out answers to our myriad of questions throughout the transaction process. She was always on top of it! Egle was great as she assisted with our long distance purchase, we had little knowledge, she clarified the unfamiliar market. Third party inspections, appraisal, etc. recommendations were excellent. Prompt responses, both phone and email. Always upbeat and reassuring.

Egle Ricci found information on a property for me that had no lot # and no address. She not only found the property, she received all current information on the property to enable conversation to begin on purchasing the property. Egle got this information within 90 seconds of my giving her what little information I had. She is quick, efficient and most importantly dependable, friendly and professional. Egle helped us purchase and build a new home. She worked with us every step of the way. She negotiated with the builder to pay and fix an issue that they created!
