We stopped and ordered roast beef n cheddar sandwiches & chicken sandwiches, the roast beef was rubbery & old , literally had bounce to it, 2 bites in and I refused to finish my sandwich, my husband on the other hand got in a few more bites, but later in the evening had an up set stomach. The chicken sandwich had been sitting along time also, was mediocre warm, and he wouldn't finish it. Unfortunately we were 10 miles down the road by the time we got our food out and started eating. Nevertheless we will never be going to back, nor will we advise anyone to stop there.
Always like the food at Arby's. During this time of Covid, quite disappointed that staff not masked. Had a brief and pleasant exchange with server asking about masks. She said they weren't required, so no one wears them.

Chicken sandwich was awful. Could hardly find the chicken patty.
Guy was very rude who checked me out. Didnt give my card back until I asked and then said to me no and that he was making his rounds. Asked for small shake and got a snack size.
