There is no phone number posted to call when there are issues with equipment or a person on staff that I’ve ever seen. I left a note of a machine, #52 Last week, that took my money and my phone number to be reached with no response or attempt at refund that I can tell. I sit here now, once again, with a machine that has taken my money and not functioning. On top of that the door is locked and I cannot retrieve my laundry to try a different machine until it times out! Wondering if cleaner is run through the front load machines periodically to eliminate mold accumulation......some machines smell bad. I do appreciate the larger machines and 24 hr access, but not when I Can’t get my money‘s worth....
Worst laundromat ever. Do not go. Instead go to Westside laundry.
New machines are great.
We are remodeling and will be open on 5/10 by 5/12 for sure lots of front load washers and dryer . Please come check it out
This laundry mat sucks put 5.50 in and it wouldn’t start and they will not refund the money!! Go somewhere else that doesn’t steal your money for nothing
