Flawless! My wife and were looking for a second home in the Flagstaff/Williams area when we came in contact with Ryan. Living in Phoenix, house hunting 2 hours away can be challenging to say the least not to mention having a toddler and during a pandemic. One of the first places we found was in Williams. My wife and started to plan to get up to Williams ASAP due to the HOT market in Northern AZ. Ryan had a better idea when I called him to discuss the house. He immediately drove 40 minutes over to Williams and shot a 7 minute video of every square inch of the house (inside and outside). He also gave his expert opinion on the house as he walked through it. That’s ABOVE and BEYOND. Because of that video my wife and I decided that the house wasn’t for us. Saved us a lot of time and headache. Fast forward a month or so later we moved our search to Payson. We found a property we loved. I contacted Ryan and he jumped immediately into action. We meant at the property within a day or 2 and made an offer. It was hands off from then out out…zero stress! Ryan had a game plan from day 1. He handled contracts, escrow, inspections, negotiations and even major construction that needed to be done prior to closing on the property. He was constantly 5 steps ahead.
