I feel that everyone should be aware of a very exceptional property management company - KD Prime Vacation Rentals. Today, when over-promising and under-delivering is an all too commonly accepted business practice, this company and their properties are a refreshing exception to the rule. We actually decided to do business with KD not only because of the fabulous property, but also because of the individual attention consistently provided us. The way they took care of every question and concern efficiently, informative and personally made our experience a pleasure. Professionally, I deal with experts in customer service on a daily basis. Believe me, they could all take lessons from KD Prime Vacation Rentals, and Matthew in particular. In my experience, he is the most dedicated person with whom I have worked with over the past 20 years. You can rest assured that the story of KD and Matthew has had "legs". As a matter of fact, we now always recommended them to colleagues and friends…. would not hesitate one second to endorse KD and/or their properties.

I've had several chances to deal with KD Prime properties in the past year or so and have always had a pleasant experience. Management has always been respectable and responsive as well as helpful in an assortment of circumstances. There homes are always clean and well maintained as well as upper scale and in comfortable surroundings. I would definitely recommend KD Prime to friends and family. thank you KD Prime from all of us......

KD Prime Properties is the best vacation management company in northern Arizona. The management team is quick to respond to guests and treat their guests with respect. If you plan on staying anywhere in northern Arizona, I highly recommend renting from KD Prime Properties. It is really helpful when the management answers questions quickly and promptly. Highly recommend using this management company to book your vacation rentals!

My family was looking forward to our 5th Thanksgiving in Flagstaff this year, but unfortunately will not be able to make it, due to recent COVID exposure and potential risk of spread. This was our first experience renting with KD Prime, and the property we selected looked amazing. I booked the reservation with Matthew a couple of months ago, and he was very friendly, informative, and provided outstanding service. Today when I had to call and explain my situation, he again answered and was extremely supportive and accommodating of making adjustments for my unplanned trip cancellation. I can't remember the last time I had such a wonderful experience with hotels or vacation home rentals (and I was a weekly traveler before 2020!). I know who to call, and who to recommend to friends looking for vacation spots in northern Arizona! Thank you, Matthew and KD Prime.

This company is a scam to just steal your money. Would never rent anything from them that they managed or allow them to handle any of my assets. Update: I booked one of their properties through AirB&B not realizing it was only one small dog, I just filtered to have pets. The property and yard is large enough to accommodate multiple dogs. With AirB&Bs you have a 48 hour grace period to cancel and get a full refund, I was never approved to receive a full refund from this company. It seems as if they didn’t respond to me within that time frame because they were just trying to scam me to collect the service fee. 48 hours is more then enough time for a company to respond who manages properties.
