My rating for them went from 5 star to 1 star. The lady taking the order was rude, unprofessional and snippy with taking our order. Normally I would chalk it up to just a bad night, however when she came over the intercom to talk to us she was laughing at someone in the store. Plus we found out she is the manager. Managers are held to a higher standard and being rude is uncalled for. On top of it all, she got our order wrong. So she was too busy paying attention to co workers and messing around, causing her to be rude to us and not paying attention to what we were ordering. I'd expect that from McDonald's, not from Arby's.

Food is amazing & the fries are fresh(so delicious), you just have to wait an extra 3 minutes instead of getting your food right at the window

Stopped Sunday afternoon on the way home from the lake and noticed that absolutely no one working had a mask on. Thought maybe it was becuase they were attached to a gas station and they were worried about being robbed.
