Noodles and Company

Gave this place a go today and it's rather disappointing given any other place I could have chosen. I won't say bad by any means but not even above average.nnThe staff was friendly and the store was clean so this is going to be purely based on the food quality and price.nnFood is average at best. I ordered the Spicy Korean Beef Noodles with beef and it tasted like it was buried in sugar, nor was it spicy. The sugar drown out any chance of it being spicy. I ordered the chicken noodle soup as my side. The side of chicken noodle soup included with my meal I wouldn't even consider being a kid's size portion. It was literally two bites. I paid $3.50 for a bottle of coke and two bites of chicken noodle soup.nnMy wife ordered the Pad Thai with shrimp. Again, crazy sweet. Her side was the mac and cheese. Portion seemed fine for a side and it was very good.nnThis is what turns me away here - the meats are extra cost. Not extra meat; any meat. It's straight up on the board listed like that so I'm not saying it's deceptive by any means, but you're then paying $10 for a handful of noodles and $3.50 for steak or shrimp. Chicken and a few other choices are listed at a lesser cost. $38 for two meals and a side of soup for my wife and I seems INSANE. Oh, and the Thai Chicken Soup my wife ordered was also insanely sweet.nnAll-in-all it will be unlikely I will eat here again. The extreme sweetness of every dish and the price were off-putting. I wouldn't go so far as to call the place awful or terrible, but only average.

I had a terrible experience trying to get my food or a refund from Door Dash. Finally they told me to call the restaurant as it wasn't their problem even though it was. Big surprise. I spoke to the manager who was very kind and understanding when I explained what happened and what Door Dash told me. Although they didn't have to they offered to remake my food and bring it to me as I work just down the road. Thank you so much for everything you all are the greatest! Also the food was delicious and hit the spot perfectly. ud83eudd70

I have a question how to you have steak stroganoff on your menu for $6 then you have to add the steak to it for $4. That does not make sense just say . I had broccoli in my bowl, not sure that was a listed ingredient. There was very little sauce as well ordered for pick up went inside asked for order and they said its over there. With 4 other orders but receipts were not visible so I either had to touch other peoples food or ask I asked and a lady was helpful. Overall wanted it to be good but not sure on this place.

I loved it! The food was fresh hot and delish. I had the Pad Thai noodles and they were good. The service was nice. My husband loves Pot Stickers, he said they were the best in town. We will definitely be back.nnNo complaints here!ud83dudc4dud83cudffb

The food was decent, but the wait times they give you online are extremely inaccurate. I arrived at the pickup window at the time my order was set to be ready, no one spoke to me for at least 5 minutes. And when they did I was told to park and wait as there were other cars behind me. I ended up not leaving with my food for another 35 minutes. I understand they’re new and working out the kinks, but in that case there should be better customer service.
