Staff was cheerful and offered to give me the best deal possible. Very fast prep. It is always a pleasant experience ordering my pizza.
What a farce. Ordered at 3pm. They told me 45-50 minutes. Got there at 4 and they told me I had a pick up time of 4:30. I never said that and neither did they. Not sure where they got it from unless they wrote it on the wrong slip. They also got my name wrong too. Finally got my pizzas around 4:25. Perhaps if it wasn't 10 dollar Tuesday it wouldn't have been so bad, but perhaps they should take that into consideration and have the appropriate number of employees there.
It’s cyber Monday and I had a coupon to use (50% off my online order for this location). Unfortunately the coupon code wasn’t working when I tried to order online so I went into the store to place my order hoping they would honor the code and they didn’t. I even asked for help or what they could do and I just kept getting I can’t help you with that. No understanding or attempt to resolve the issue. If I wasn’t picking up dinner for my family I would’ve just walked out. Just super frustrating when the employee could care less and brushed it off. Definitely will drive out of my way to go to the Onalaska location next time.
If you're willing to bring a pizza home without the headaches of a wrong order, by all means get a take and bake.nnYou'll feel better not eating at a sit-down big box chain. The pizza tastes lighter. Great menu options as well.
