This could have gone better. To start all in all very good service where it counted. We got our napkins, food, bag, and requested sauce. The drink we ordered however was a complacent mishap that could have easily been rectified. We just wanted the syrup in a Lg Dragon Fruit NS Freeze. After all we confirmed our food but didn't know the acronym of NS (no syrup). Don't assume!
My experience was wonderful thanks to your employee CJ. I've never had a better experience with any business. Please give him a raise as he went above and beyond to make sure my experience was nothing less than outstanding. Your store is lucky to have him.
Good food
Usually have a good experience here, but it seems when things get busy staff gets overwhelmed and things tend to get mixed up. Which is understandable especially in a pandemic. Maybe more training or breaks could help.
You know what you're getting and they've been very consistent since the change in management a bit ago.
