Phenomenal. We honestly thought they were 24 hrs but really they closed at 10. Thank god we were able to stay inside after closing time and finish up, with the doors locking behind us. Thanks Laundry Express!
Hands down my favorite place to wash laundry it's always cleaned and service is always good
Not impressed that there is a sign to wear a mask but the blonde skinny worker is chomping her gum and wearing the mask on her chin. Several customers came in without masks and she said nothing to them.
Saved the day after the washing machine in my building started having problems. Stopped in on Thursday around lunch time and it wasn't crowded. Plenty of open machines and inside the building was clean. Took about an hour between washing and drying and all my clothes came out clean and fully dry. They have multiple size machines depending on how much you need to wash. I didn't speak to the staff but there was someone there if you need help with something. Close enough to various shopping and food options so you can do other errands or grab something to eat while waiting for the laundry to be done.
Washer wasn't working properly and when I politely asked for help this old lady bit my head off and acted like it was my fault and not the machine. Half the washers and dryers are out of order when I go in there. I have been there quite a few times and know how to operate the machines and can tell when they aren't working properly. She was not wearing a mask either. I will not be going back after that experience.
