I won't go anywhere else if I can help it. I once took a five-foot teddy bear to this place, and they could not figure a way to get the gigantic thing clean without compromising the integrity of the material. I spent a couple weeks trying to figure something else out, but no other place would even let me bring it in! So I went back to pick up my kids' favorite Christmas gift, and though it was not clean, it had clearly been loved. He had been propped up in the back, apparently in varying positions over the weeks, with notes written to him and random objects next to him, like something of a mascot for the employees, who were sad to see him go. But it's not just this small-business-sense of familial friendliness that has made me a lifelong loyal customer.. they have kept my white winter wool coat (fifteen years old) so clean that people still ask when I got a new coat. They've fixed zippers flawlessly, removed impossible grease stains, and are willing to try just about anything to help a customer out. They have a drive through, but only use it you must because there's a candy dish at the inside counter. The people here always make smile.

I had my wedding dress cleaned before my wedding reception. They did a good job cleaning the small stains off the bottom edge. However, when I picked it up instead of hanging my strapless dress from the built in straps, they SAFETY PINNED THROUGH MY WEDDING DRESS to the hanger!!!
10 days ago I left a pair of pants to be hemmed up. Just got a call, won’t be done till next Monday or Tuesday 2 weeks to hem a pair of pants ......???? Better hire another seamstress ...... already googled to see about a different place for next timeud83dude41!!!!!!!
They don’t volunteer that they can do your cloths in 24 hours. They will ask you if three days is ok. Kind of suggesting that is when they will be ready.nnA bit run down. But the clothings were done correctly and in the end that’s what counts!
