Did a splendid job with some clothing I thought was beyond all hope. In fact, a local competitor told me as much. But when I picked up my stuff it was spotless.
Glad I'm not allergic to cats or dogs! When I picked up my black suit coat it had dog/cat hairs all over it (can't tell which). It didn't have those when I left it there, and I have no indoor pets. I won't be using their services again.

I found this place after being dissatisfied with my local cleaners. It looked like a large and professional operation, so I was optimistic they could clean a historical costume of mine. I Facebook messaged them and received a nice reply back. I set up a time to stop in and have the individual I was messaging with, who I understood to be the owner and an expert, take a look. When I stopped in, I was told she was not there. The whole purpose of me driving over an hour was to have her opinion and potentially leave it for cleaning. The two staff members I did speak with were very rude and did not offer any solution to the customer service gaffe or their ability to cleaning the item. At one point, one of them was scratching at a stain in the garment with a long and dirty fingernail! They ended up talking me out of leaving the item for cleaning. One star because they clearly do not care about customer service, earning new business, or protecting precious garments entrusted to their care.
They were so efficient! The other place in town told me it would take TWO WEEKS to fix a stitch for a pair of trousers and Sew Clean was able to repair it in one day. Great customer service!!
