The sales associates were knowledgeable and friendly and the quality of the cabinets met our expectations. What was dissatisfy is the hickory wood grain we received did not match the displays in both Winona and Onalaska showrooms. As you can see in the photos, some of the hickory is pure white which actually looks like pine. There's no design consistency in this product so I would caution against purchasing their wood grain cabinetry or be sure this is the look you would like to have in your home before purchasing. We would have not have gone this route had the showrooms accurately represented the delivered product.nnMenards did offer replacement panels but unfortunately, the pattern variations in the replacements include white pieces no different than the originals and they simply look out of place.
Store was bright and clean. Wide array of products to select from. Some decent sales on a few items. Items for sale generally competitive in price. Staff was friendly but didn't go out of their way to check-in with me as I perused the store for the items I needed.
Menards is a beautiful store with great merchandise and good prices. If you're looking for good customer service from a friendly associate.....shop elsewhere.
I picked up a set of new wiper blades, very good selection available. Check yer blades before Winter hits!
Always a pleasure to walk into because I know I'm starting or working on a project.
