The food was by far the best quality it could have ever been. Kailynn knew how to do her job well and she did it very quick and professional. The manager, Carmen, was highly professional and she made sure my order was correct before giving it to me. Silvia, the other manager, was another professional worker. I wouldn’t mess with her. Super friendly staff and amazing food. Best taco bell around this area. They give you a good portion and quality food for the price.
Complete disaster. Placed a mobile order last night. Our drinks had absolutely no syrup in them so had to get those remade, while that was being done we noticed that one of our tacos was missing so had to wait for that. Got home noticed that 2 of the tacos that was supposed to be supreme were just regular instead. If it had been busy I would be more understanding but the inside is closed and there was only one other car in the drive thru. Get it together.
At this particular location in Richmond, IL the portion sizes are always hearty. A lot more bang for your buck. Always a friendly staff
Tried to call em to give em a heads up, but no voicemail box so here goes: only thing I've put in my body today besides a taco supreme and mountain dew from there has been water. Vomiting and volcano butt all day. I'd steer clear of items with those ingredients for a few days until they clean their lines and get different stock in. 6/19/20 cheers
