Milo was extremely attentive to the job at hand . He answered all my questions, and suggested some things to be aware of during the heating season. His feedback to me was excellent informing me of the various data points he collected and what they meant.nMilo acted in a very professional manner and left the job site extremely clean. He also was very good at explaining why he was checking each operational function of the heating unit.

We have (had, now) a maintenance agreement with another company. They were unable to fix a several day furnace outage after three days, and walked away from the job, suggesting we needed a new furnace.nShaun came promptly at 8:00 am and had the problem diagnosed in 30 minutes. He was able to return that afternoon with the needed parts and completed the job. Plus - LCM has a maintenance agreement available too. I’m a very pleased customer.
