I called to inquire about a suit being cleaned by the next day an the owner said that would be absolutely fine and to bring it in. I got there an hour later and he said “sorry. I can’t have it done by tomorrow”. He was very unprofessional and rude when I explained that I asked about this on the phone earlier, before going out of my way, to get the suit in. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE.
My husband and I have used 1 Hour cleaners for almost 17 years. Customer service is always excellent and friendly. They have never lost any article of our clothing. We always received the clothing appropriately cleaned and hung. They can be trusted to expertly handle all dry cleaning and laundering needs. Highly recommend.
This owner is awesome and understands customer service! For example, I had my hands full with my kids so he offered to walk all of my clothes to my car and hung them in the car! Personally I think his prices are fair and I strongly recommend.
I have been using 1 Hour Cleaners in Antioch, IL for many years now. I absolutely love the couple that owns the store. They do an excellent job and I have trusted them to perform alterations and cleaning services on many important pieces of clothing for weddings, dances and special occasions. They do a great job cleaning our normal dry cleaning as well!!!!!!
This is not a 1 hour cleaners, when you have to drop off before 9 to get your items by late afternoon. I think they need to understand what 1 hour means. Will never do business with this place.
