Stellar company to work with. Very friendly and proactive customer service team. They added me to the schedule with ease and had very fair pricing. The team that came out was Paul and Jack. They were so friendly, knowledgeable and thorough with everything. They took their time to ensure the job was done right and explained everything to me perfectly. They also followed covid safety guidelines which was a big bonus for me! Highly recommend!

Woke up this morning to shower like usual and unfortunately I had no hot water. I reached out to Paul and let him know what had happened. Paul and his team showed up within the hour to come fix my water heater! They not only showed up right away they also did a fantastic job. Very professional and can answer any questions you have. I HIGHLY recommend using them for any of your plumbing needs. They will be my future go to and I will always recommend them moving forward.

These guys are the best. I wouldn't go to anyone else after the experience I had with them. I had a toilet that was leaking from the base. One call and they were able to get this handled and fixed right away. Their professionalism and responsiveness to my need, albeit trivial, made me feel like I was important to them. I have and will continue to both use them and refer them. You won't be disappointed.nnKevin

I had an issue with my bathtub not draining (hair clog)...I called A+ Rooter and they were able to send a plumber out the same day. Paul was able to remove an extremely large and gross amount of hair from my bathtub drain and replace the stopper. Prompt and professional service. I’ve recommended A+ Rooter to several coworkers and friends.

Paul was so professional when he came to our home to install a new water heater. A+ Rooter responded right away to our call and came right out to help us. I would recommend this company and Paul to anyone looking for any pluming work! They are definitely the company we will be using from here on out! If I could give them 10 stars I would!
