We had some miss communication in the beginning about the difference between acrylic and Enhanced Gel. I’m rough on my fingers so I really like the enhance gel verses acrylic. We went with the acrylic anyways since that’s all that they had and the nail polish colors were all kind of ugly and gross, I ended up sanding the gel off at home and redoing it with my own gel, and reshaping them. I also had a pedicure the massage on the bottom my foot was insanely painful I was almost in tears but didn’t say anything because I thought maybe it was some awesome technique to help people with foot problems but I was just thankful that my feet weren’t bruised from it. I got the feeling after my nails were done that they didn’t really want me back because of the miscommunication with the acrylic. I will say that the nail guy was not exactly gentle but he did not cut me when he did my nails so that’s a plus.
I love that I can make an appointment and they are always ready for me. The staff is polite and funny and helps me with my worst foot problems. They recently (aug 2020) got new chairs and they are lovely!
Took my daughter to get her nails done. She asked for ballerina style nails. She ended up getting what the guy called "coffin" nails. He told her he couldn't change the shape now and to make an appt. To get the ballerina ones in 2 weeks. So we have to pay to get them re done in 2 weeks to get the nails that she originally wanted? Also, we got home and googled coffin nails and they weren't coffin nails, either. They are "stiletto" Very disappointed.
I love this place I went here and my nails were pretty and they were nice and friendly to me and I now want go here all the time bc I love the nails and there nice people 💗
Family is ALWAYS so nice!!!
