Office Furniture Warehouse (09/24/2020)

As a business a flood in your main office is the last thing you want to deal with. Shawn and his team were onsite the same day we discovered our flood and worked diligently to extract the water out of the building. His team: Robert, Michael, Leon, Jay, and Kyle came in after the water was removed and the space had been dried to remove our flooring, they were very polite, and caused no interruptions to our business as customers came in. Great experience overall!

We are so thankful to ServPro for coming and helping us with a cleaning project. After a water pipe burst and sent water flowing between two floors of our facility, Michael and Shawn came in and did a fantastic job with cleanup. It is comforting to know that a company that provides quality work also provides quality employees to complete the work. I would like to began by thanking Rojay, Leon, Jay, Michael, and Shawn for making such a horrible experience a comfortable one. The guys showed up on time and communicated every step of the way at my consent first. It was such a pleasure experience to meet such mature and respectful young men and I would definitely recommend that exact same crew to anyone that may end up in a situation as the one I’m currently in. Hats off to Shawn whom answered every question and communicated all my concerns to my insurance company, whom thinks very highly of him.
