I walk in with my 5yr old and everyone knows her..its great to see that..makes a mom feel safe...all the teachers are involved and are all super nice. Great school. Only down fall and its personal is that they dont really celebrate holidays there..no Christmas show and no dressing up for Halloween.

It is a horrible school i was in 5th there but now in 6th in a better school but the teachers where aweful but a teacher called mr.z and mr.wolf

My son Joshua has been going to McKinley since pre K 3 and is now in kindergarten. He has grown in vocabulary, sensory, motor skills, playing with others as he is an only child so mom and dad are his best friends therefor he really had no desire to play with others but the teachers worked hard with him diligently and lovingly and it has paid off as he is eager to be with his friends and share . He has experienced nothing but love there and understanding and compassion, as for his parents we have received more suggestions as to how to help him move along with his learning as he does have sensory and motor skills that are in need of improvement, and have gotten great help from all the teachers including teachers that work with the higher grades such as 3rd 4th and 5th. All the teachers there have shown huge compassion for the jobs. This is not limited to the main teacher for the class this also includes the PHY-ED teacher the assistants and the special need teachers. I love this school. In addition i have to share that if there is anything that needs to be addressed whether bullying or mis- behavior, all the teachers have open ears and concerns and the situation will be addressed accordingly. With out malice or judgement i recommend this school and always have a great report for anyone who asks.

McKinley Elementary school Is better , Is less bullying and more safety!!!!!
