I used Crane Plumbing Services to fix and replace items in my rental properties. Brian replaced my toilets with low-flow toilets which saves me money. He also installed tankless water heaters in each rental unit and those are amazing compared to regular water heaters. I will use Crane Plumbing Services for all my plumbing needs!! Excellent company!!

Great experience...from the first call, they were exceptionally friendly and pleasant to deal with. Supposed to be here between 9-11. They called to reconfirm at 9:05, done and out of the house by 9:45. Super friendly and professional. Craig was wonderful! Reasonable and great work!

Awsome from beginning to end! Needed two outside faucets replaced and a leak fixed in the bathroom. Super friendly and helpful when I called to set the appointment up. Repairman came and in no time all was fixed and looking better than ever no leaks in or out!! Very reasonable and again friendly, truly feel I was taken care of!! Thanks Crane Plumbing!!!!

Thanks for sending Craig - the good looking one! From speaking with Jess on the phone and setting everything up, I knew I was dealing with professionals. They are kind, courteous and PROMPT! Crane Plumbing are lifesavers! Trying to fix a leaky toilet in between hospital appointments was no match for Jess. She made it happen. If I had a Crane Plumbing t-shirt, I'd do free advertising. I haven't come across a service company this good in a long time. Give Jess and Craig raises!

Do not recommend if you actually want a leak fixed. I live out of state and have a rental house. My floor installer called me and told me I had a leak coming under laundry room wall. Crane plumbing came out and told me it was a leak from washer hoses and that they tightened and fixed leak. 4 days later I visited the property and there was still a leak coming from AC piping. Called their emergency number several times over the weekend and no call returned. Had someone else repair the AC issue on Monday yet they still billed me for a leak they didn't fix. Very unprofessional company.
