It's almost impossible to find businesses like this anymore. Somehow, the owners seem to remember my name when I walk in. They press-only when I request press-only, they replace buttons when they're missing, and their hours accommodate my workdays. They also offer reusable green bags rather than the plastic bags, which I totally appreciate! I have had some pants hemmed-up here too for a pretty reasonable price. I am very satisfied with this dry cleaners.
Prices are great and our clothes are cleaned quickly, what more could you ask for? The repairs and alterations are done well too.
I take my work shirts here. Sometimes I point out spots and buttons that I need replaced. They fix them up at no extra charge. I appreciate that. I like their hours. Their dog is a nice welcome when you walk in.
An awful place for dry cleaning and customer service. They promised that my son's uniform would be cleaned and pressed by a certain time and it was not. When I called to ask where it was, I was yelled at and hung up on 3 times. I was very clear as to what time I needed the uniform. My son is in the military academy and will not be able to attend an honorary benefit because the uniform was not done as promised. This is the worst dry cleaners I have ever encountered. I can not believe that they would treat a customer as they did. Please take my advice and find a different place.
They have good customer service. It's family owned. Support local business.nnTheir alterations are so professional, it's like you bought it that way. Try to give the lady plenty of time though, she has a lot of alterations to do everytime I go there.
