Bayridge Cleaners

We've been using Bayridge cleaners for over a decade, mostly for my husband's work shirts, and have been 100% satisfied 99% of the time. We've also cleaned a few evening gowns and had some alterations done and have been pleased with results. I think we had an item go missing once but it eventually turned up. Overall, high quality, fair price, and nice people.

The people there are very nice, and they do a wonderful job in a hurry.

Absolutely livid! We dropped off gifts for my bridal party (4 robes w/ties, and 3 shoulder wraps) to be pressed. We dropped them off on January 2nd and were told that we could pick them up January 8th. No problem! We needed them for our rehearsal dinner on January 10th. Tried to pick them up the evening of the 8th as scheduled. We were told that they did not have our items yet and to pick them up the morning of the 9th. I was upset but this was still doable. Got a call from the owner the morning of the 9th. They STILL didn't have our items. We were told that we could pick them up the evening of the 9th. We went to pick them up that evening. AGAIN! STILL didn't have them. The owner asked us to give him until the following week! Really!? Wedding was on the 11th! They were able to produce our items minus the ties for the robes on the afternoon of the 10th. Charged us half price. But still we had no way to close the robes. The owner asked us to come back the morning of the wedding to see if he could find the ties. Nope.. you guessed it! Still no ties. We had to buy ribbon to close the robes for pictures. FINALLY we got a call from the owner while we were in the middle of taking our wedding pictures to tell us that he found the ties. SORRY! TOO LATE! We went back to the cleaners to get the ties on the 13th so that we could at least give our bridal party the remaining part of their robe. We told the owner we wanted a full refund since we didn't have the ties in time and for all the stress that this ordeal caused not to mention the extra expense of buying ribbon for the robes. He actually tried to keep the robe ties because he gave us the refund. This whole thing was just crazy!! I will definitely will not be bringing anything back to this establishment. Just horrible!! OMG!

Great service for a reasonable price!

The owner is very friendly and remembers you by name. The cleaning is always prompt and reasonably priced
