We were very happy with our experience with Servpro. We were out of town when we lost power and our basement flooded. They were very quick to respond even though it was a huge storm and a lot of people were in the same position as us. Marcella, Shawn, Rojay, Leon, Jay, Kyle, and Michael we're all very courteous and helpful throughout the whole process. Super friendly! My insurance company sent the request to them, and I was called quickly. They were very thorough and careful while doing their work!
All of the guys were very professional & nice! They were accommodating to my schedule and helped me thru the entire process. I would recommend them to everyone who has water & mold issues. It was also nice that they worked with my insurance company directly.
awful, just awful.nThe guys were swearing and fighting the entire time during demolition. My kids heard all of it!nThey left a mess behind, didn't clean up, didn't take off the lock or walls, stained our carpet completely.nGeneral Manager didn't even return my calls.nnAnd don't trust Jeff! he makes empty promises, doesn't follow through and even tried to get us to commit insurance fraud. Stay far far away from this franchise!!nnUPDATE: After contacting the Franchise HQ, I got a call from Mike and received a check in the mail today to cover the renovations on trim, floor, and carpet that I had to hire someone for.
SERVPRO has been efficient and effective with cleanup in my house. I have appreciated their services and response times with cleanup and questions. Having been highly recommended by my insurance, I have seen firsthand why.
