It's a good car wash the blowers need to work better
Very disappointed in the service. I paid for the deluxe wash and an equipment malfunction caused less than good results. When the car dried it became obvious, they would not honor their customer satisfaction warranty. A company is only as good as their promise, so I have to say they are liars and cheats.
The greeting was unfriendly as possible, the mousy lady immediately told me I was not welcome because of my wench. I pull around to 'free vaccums' are not free, they are only if you go thru the wash. Don't put 20 signs up for free vaccums' and waste manpower to enforce that they are not free. I'll never go to a rocket again. They don't want off-road truck business. Staff needs training on how to greet people pleasantly.
I loved this car wash!! Please come to the Seattle area!!
