Peter the manager is a awesome guy . Strong vaccumes and a great wash.
Just left the Nappa CarWash on Washington and had a great experience. The man that was working was very friendly and accommodating.
Usually you get a really good wash here, but some days it just isnt working correctly. Still, the basic wash is pretty good for only $5, the free vacuums are very convenient.
Poor customer service, manager is never therenI wonder what happen to the other guy that used to manage this place he was very helpful
I was told by a friend that it costs only $5.00 but when I selected the best wash it was $13. There was an employee using a manual high pressure sprayer when you 1st pull into the wash line but he only sprayed the driver's side of my car? What good does that do? The automatic washer missed a lot of areas ... especially on the tailgate of my SUV. Overall...I'm not very impressed with the quality and cost. There are a couple other automatic car washes around town that cost the same or less and do a lot better job.
