North Shore mobile detailing does phenomenal work they washed two of my vehicles with in 30mins at the comfort of my home i will be buying a package deal thanks again guys
Phone is answered maybe half the time. Phone calls never returned. Appointments not honored when I show up even after confirming the day before. Mediocre quality work. I’m amazed that they stay in business. Also really regretting that I purchased a wash package from them. Splash on Dundee and Skokie Blvd is 1000% better. These guys do not really even deserve a star. I am sitting out here for a 10am appointment that I confirmed the day before and nobody is here even though their posted hours start at 8am. I think that they may have gone out of business.
Bought a Groupon for my wife and completely regret it. It’s a complete scam. Run the other way if you see this on Groupon. Place looks like a dump.
I love getting my vehicle detailed by them recently I went to Walmart and my 2019 Range Rover was damaged and with one phone call they came to my home and made it look brand new! Thank you
