Great wash. Friendly staff always smiling. Great deal for the monthly pass and wash does an excellent job!! Free vacuum also along with free air for your tires..who could ask for anything more????
Great experience, friendly staff. I have the Jupiter membership and its totally worth it for both my cars. The kids love it and alway want to go. We really enjoyed the 4th of July event that was held. I wish you guys could do that more ofter.
I loved this place so much, I washed my car daily. Unfortunately, I had to move back to Ontario, Canada and there’s no awesome car wash such as Rocket! I miss the friendly staff that greeted you upon entering the wash and checked if you had any damage in your car and placed that annoying wiper bag, lol. I miss how quickly it took for my car to get washed and it always came out clean and smelling fresh like the soap they use. The price was affordable also! I wish I could open one here where I live.
It cleans you car. We went to the Halloween light show. It pretty much was a normal wash with them giving out a goodie bag. We weren't impressed with the lights.
I had sticks in the bed of my truck and your employees were nice enough to clean them out. They were very kind and helpful. I've used this wash for a long time and I've never been less than extremely satisfied. But the employees taking time to help clean out the sticks showed that they cared and that's what made me want to leave a review. They are exactly the type of employee everyone wants to have.
