I needed a small piece of steel and instead of paying a higher price and paying for shipping I thought I would drive up to the Kettle Moraine area and get it from Pal Steel. Not only was it cheaper to get it there even with the cost of my travel, The customer service was OUTSTANDING! I was greeted the second I walked in then was directed to the size and cut area for steel, I was greeted by a super nice young fella that went above and beyond to help me get what I was looking for.Not only the best service I have had in a long time but a HUGE selection MORE than I think I could find online. Nice Job Gentleman!!!

Absolute do Not care service! Delivered my lumber for a horse stalls into the only mud puddle in 400 feet of driveway. Emailed them, took a week and a half for a reply, and the reply basically said to go pound sand. Called, talked to Joan and Dave, both of which were horrible, and after I offered a solution, which was a $64 credit towards my almost $1,500 bill, I got hung up on. If it’s possible to go somewhere else, ANYWHERE else, go there.
Quick service. Good prices. Great selection of different steel and metals . Has that great old-school lumberyard / hardware store feel when you walk in the front door. Would definitely recommend doing business here
