Working with Randy was easy. He listened to our needs, gave advice when asked, guided us when he needed to and was fantastic at communicating with us, keeping us abreast of activity on the house. We had a great experience. I never doubted his professionalism and so glad that he represented us on the sell of my parents home. Thank you Randy!

Home buying and selling can be difficult. We had issues buying and were put in a tough position. After discussing the issues with this agency, a mutual agreement was made to satisfy the parties. I APPRECIATE the way the broker handled our situation. Sometimes homebuying doesn't go as planned but Property Wise took responsibility and handled their business!👍👍

Randy Pozo is the best, he cares for his clients, not just out to make a sale. He was there for us every step of the way. We couldn't of asked for a better realtor. You will not go wrong with having Randy on your side. He is very professional, and just a wonderful person. Thank you Randy for everything you did for our family.

PropertyWise helped us find our perfect house! Any questions we had they were just a phone call away!! Which is saying something because we were transferring from Wyoming and were relying on word-of-mouth on which Realty company to use... Would *highly* recommend PropertyWise Realty!!!!!
