They have everything I need for home repairs. They have a great rewards program. Their prices are fair and reasonable. The staff on the other hand can be stand off-ish, unwilling to help, and a few are knowledgeable about the products they carry or even the purpose of some products. This isn't always the case, I have had exceptional customer service experiences. However, when it comes to the cashiers that's another story. 9 out of 10 have an attitude problem and are rude not to mention down right incessant about their duties and definitely pertaining to good customer relations.
This is a great locally owned small business in Fort Atkinson. All the employees are friendly and helpful, and the store is always well stocked. The customer service here is really excellent! Good job!!!

Typical small town hardware store with prices to match. Service ok. Check out took a little while to get through.
I go here when I have no other option, but in their parking lot they have a wonderful vegetable truck they allow to sell from there! That is my main reason for visiting Goyer.
