They cleaned my wedding dress which was worn for an outdoor elopement. It was also a sample dress so it was not very clean to begin with. I was nervous about getting it cleaned as I have to wear it again and didn’t want it damaged but they answered all of my questions over the phone so I felt comfortable bringing it here. When when I picked up the dress I was blown away with how clean it was. The dress was cleaner than when I purchased it and I can’t believe how good the hem and train look after being dragged around outside. The price was reasonable and the dress was packaged really well for me to take home.

Lake Mill Cleaners provides fantastic customer service and amazing cleaning services. I contacted them via email about their wedding dress cleaning services and Tori responded quickly and with all the information I needed. I dropped off my wedding dress and my husband's suit and both were cleaned much faster than their estimate. The results are better than I expected and the prices were far more reasonable than any other cleaner I found. Lake Mills Cleaners' reputation was what prompted me to use them in the first place and my expectations were greatly exceeded. I will certainly use them again and recommend them to everyone I know!
