Took my money so I called them left a message, nobody called back. Called again lady did answer but was very RUDE and I had to go pick up my money. Got there and she was even RUDER then. And they own both car washes in town. Hand washing for me from now on. Don't even go to these places not worth the headache. If I could I would give it a -5. And i have people asking me all day if BRF has a car wash well now no BRF doesn't is what I'm gonna say
I like this carwash cuz it has an electronic sensor to stop you. The other one in town has that wheel thing that cut my tire nearly in half, that cost me 160 bucks,had to replace the tire. So I'll only use this one.the only drawback is the vacuums aren't very powerful.
We paid for an $8 car wash. The soap/suds cycle did not work. Then it said it was soaking, however our vehicle had not received anything to soak at that point. Then we got a rinse, clear coat, and final rinse. Very disappointed.
Sprayed soap all over the vehicle and then it stopped and the door opened. Not even an actual phone number to call. What if the door hadn’t opened and you were stuck in there? Have to call the police because of that and waste their time? Get your equipment working properly or close it down.
Automatic car wash scratched my car. Owner will not respond to my calls. Avoid all car washes in this town, he owns them all.
