1st time there Great Service. Didn't have to wait long. Owner did my hair and was Great!Loved how she explained things to me and made me feel comfortable. Did a Great job was exactly how I wanted.So Worth it.
Would give 0 stars if I could. Paid a $50 deposit (the week before my apt) that the receptionist told me would go TOWARDS my appointment of $300 , was charged $300 the day of my appointment even when I said I already had paid $50, so I only owed $250 ..they still charged me the full amount as if I never even paid a deposit!! Also, the color was NOT AT ALL WHAT I ASKED FOR and the hairdresser took ~ 6 hours. My hair looks grayish white with a hue of purple when I asked for an ash blonde. Hair is so fried!! Hair dresser kept telling me it’s “healthy” Wish I would’ve gone elsewhere. I am so disappointed. I’m not one to leave reviews but am seeing the importance of them; don’t want anyone else to go through what I went through. Please go elsewhere. Save your hair, money & time.
I was scared to get my hair cut there but it was nice how they all made me feel welcome. Not only i got my hair colored I cut my hair too. I loved the job she did. Not expensive either.
STEER CLEAR. Friend went in there and got a completely different color than aldhe asked for, still had to pay. ZERO guarantee
Please make sure u read everything before going I have been to this salon a lot! They have had so many new people come in and out of the salon and I can say it hasn’t been pretty. I went in for my blonde hair I left with fried hair!!!!!!!! My hair is breaking off and they did not care!! My hair was falling outtttttt when I say I really was upset I truly cried knowing that my hair was falling out with one swipe my hair is dried out I have had to go an pick up multi different product to help me after spending almost 400 on my hair plus now having to go and spend more cash to help try and fix it please do not go there you will leave with no hair.
