I had a color appointment with Karla/ Kay “@kvee.m“ on IG and she was extremely rough when doing my hair and cutting it. She stained most of my face and arms with hair dye since she is not gentle when putting it on. She had horrible customer service as she did not say a word to me as she was busy talking with her sisters and family members who work in the salon as well. They were so loud when speaking to one another that it was giving me a headache. Not to mention, Karla’s prices for the services she offers are extremely expensive. She charges $500 for a Brazilian Blowout, which she claims it’s due to the “good quality” products she uses but I went to see another stylist in Scottsdale, AZ who charged me half of what Karla charged and in a way better area. Karla’s salon is located in the ghetto and I’m not sure why she would charge so much if it’s not even a high end salon. She also has a stuck up/bad attitude overall, which I will never return back to that salon!! Don’t go here spend your money elsewhere where they have good customer service and are good at hair styling..

Worst customer service. Had a wedding make up hair and trial and all went well until I stepped outside and got home to realize my makeup didn’t even match my skin color. It was orange. Faride seemed to have used the same foundation that she uses on everyone. Did not do a color match on me. Just decided to “blend it.” My foundation was cracked within hours (mind you she used her own brand that is supposedly long lasting and waterproof) and my eyelashes were falling. I had already left a deposit for the wedding day so the week of I kindly called and asked to use my deposit for another service as I did not like the work done on me. The request was denied and I was told it’s non refundable but yet I just wanted to use it for another service, even a hair cut. I was not told that information upon leaving a deposit. No where in the contract that I signed did it read non refundable or transferable. Neither does it list cancellation policies with detailed time frames or fees. The staff clearly doesn’t care about customer satisfaction and attainment. Will not go here again and don’t recommend it to others.
