Went in a few months ago for a simple cut. Was happy with my cut, the salon was clean and prices were reasonable. When I went my hairdresser didn’t speak English but the other woman who was there translated for me.
Asked for long layers front and back , with the layers in the front being long enough to tuck behind my ears . I ended up with side bangs and random hairs poking out around my face . I immediately told the hair stylist that it was way too short she kept telling me it’s what I asked for .even blow dried my hair to prove her point. Still not what I asked for. It’s hair and it will grow back but Terrible service .
Judith is wonderful. She takes extra care to make sure the customer is happy and their hair is cut the way they like. She is great doing fades even on kids.
Totally messed up my hair, Had me sitting for 4 hours for something I didn’t want. Definitely disappointed, will never be going back.
Got my hair done by Thania and all I can say is “ WOW!” ❤️❤️ Amazing amazing work. Thank you so much.
